Since 1975, Employee Security, Inc. (ESI) has been designing benefit plans and processing claims for corporations, unions, associations and individuals. Many benefit plans have involved Section 125 (Cafeteria Plans). ESI performs claims processing and common remitting for many different policies. These policies have included, but are not limited to, Group Automobile, Group Homeowners, Long Term Care, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability, and Lump-Sum Benefit Critical Illness.
Claims processing has included self-funded medical, dental, vision, short-term disability and prescription drug plans. We also offer Section 125 Administration including Premium Only plans, Medical Reimbursement, Dependent Care Reimbursement and Integrated Cafeteria Plans.
ESI offers on-line web access to Flexible Benefit Plan participants for enrolling, checking on their account balances, and reviewing the status of their claims. We also offer on-line access to employer administrators for monitoring the usage and enrollment in their plan. In addition, ESI offers the option of electronic direct deposit of flexible spending account reimbursements into employees own checking or savings accounts. If desired, a debit card can also be instituted for the payment of claims under an FSA.
